The sportswear brand and football club collab on a new collection.


PUMA Middle East and Saudi football club Al Hilal have announced the launch of a special edition Founding Day kit in honour of the Kingdom’s Founding Day on 22 February. The new kit is an ode to Saudi Arabia’s heritage and culture, celebrating a history built over several generations.

Combining this rich culture with PUMA’s performance innovation, the new concept, Designed for Pride, was brought to life. It draws inspiration from important symbols of Saudi Arabia, aiming to tell a story about the past whilst simultaneously looking to the future.

Such symbols include the palm tree, which represents prosperity and resilience and signifies life and growth in the desert; and the marketplace, which represents trade, community, and cultural exchange, reflecting the Kingdom’s economic and social life.

The Founding Day Kit Special Edition will be available to purchase from 12 February on Al Hilal’s official channels and PUMA’s online store, and from 13 February in PUMA retail stores across Saudi Arabia and the region.
