This project is being billed as a “Coastal City Within a City,” Downtown UAQ will span more than 25 million square feet, with 11 kilometres of uninterrupted shoreline, including seven kilometres of natural beaches and a sprawling beach park. This prime location ensures a serene escape from the busy life, blending nature, luxury and modernity in one seamless destination.
Downtown UAQ will be divided into three distinct districts: North Beach for laid-back beachfront living, South Beach for vibrant social hubs, and a Trade Centre set to anchor the economic activity.
