Here's how to watch the singer make his debut in the Kingdom.
The Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2023 will soon be racing into town. One of the highlights is the after-show concerts, which include a star-studded line-up. Now, the latest addition to the line-up is American singer Charlie Puth, who is making his debut in the Kingdom.
Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix run from 17 to 19 March, and has a reputation for welcoming world-class performers – remember Justin Bieber, anyone? This year, the amazing line-up includes British DJ Calvin Harris, Dutch DJ Afrojack and American rapper Travis Scott.
Charlie hails from New Jersey, United States, and has a Gen Z origin story in show business. He caught the public's attention with his YouTube channel, Charlie's Vlogs. On the channel, he posted videos ranging from acoustic covers to comedy routines. Plus, he went on to win Perez Hilton's singing competition, which caught the attention of Ellen DeGeneres' music label.
In 2015, he released his debut single Marvin Gaye, which was a duet with Meghan Trainor. In the same year, See You Again with Wiz Khalifa was at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 charts for 12 consecutive weeks. Over his career, he has been nominated for three Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year. So, when he sings in Saudi, we're hoping that he belts out his hits songs including Attention, How Long, Light Switch and We Don't Talk Anymore.
