AlUla's first food festival is part of the Winter at Tantora lineup of events. 

Flavours of AlUla is a new food festival being held in AlUla that runs until Saturday, 14 January and will showcase traditional local and regional cuisine through experiential activities and workshops. These will include cooking classes, sushi rolling masterclasses, fruit decoration, and workshops. The festival will also include a "Black Box" experience in which visitors will be blindfolded and asked to identify different foods.

Flavours of AlUla will offer a variety of workshops for food enthusiasts to learn new skills. These will include classes on cooking with sand and using the local superfood Moringa. There will also be "kitchen hack" sessions and workshops on "Edible Pottery." The workshops will be led by celebrated chefs and personalities, including Karim Bourgi, the co-founder of Kayu and Calla, who will host a live cooking show and a workshop on food as a visual art. Other local chefs, such as Omar Alwatban, Areej AlShareef, Samira Sadiq, Ghofran Alromaihy, and Arwa Ali, will also be sharing their expertise and knowledge.

Flavours of AlUla is designed to be a fun and enjoyable experience for children and adults. In the recreational area, children can participate in activities like dried fruit decoration and edible games such as tic tac toe and checkers. There will also be a series of workshops for kids with fun themes like Smiley Sandwiches, Cookie Monsters, and Hero Sauces, where young chefs can learn new techniques and discover the enjoyment of cooking.

The festival is free to attend, although some food stalls and activities operate a voucher system. 

Winter at Tantora Festival runs until Saturday, 21 January 2023 and includes concerts and the AlUla Citrus Festival.
