Saudi Arabia is home to world-class hotel brands. Now, Marriott International has announced that it will be opening The St. Regis Jeddah. It is scheduled to open in 2030 and will be home to a luxury hotel and residences.
Marriott International signed an agreement with Miyar Alshati Real Estate Company, Telal Al Wadi Real Estate Company and Saud Al Arifi Investment Group. The St. Regis brand will showcase the brand’s traditions and heritage, from the signature butler service to the story of its founder, Jacob Aster.
The St. Regis Jeddah will include 191 rooms, suites and serviced apartments. The hotel will be home to five restaurants, which include the signature restaurant and pool lounge. The facilities will include an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and spa. Plus, more than 1,000 square metres of meeting and event spaces.
The residences will include 92 bedrooms, ranging from one to five. The amenities include a fitness centre, kids’ area, library, media room, meeting rooms, resident lounge and swimming pool.
