The chic canteen has launched its second outpost in Saudi Arabia.
If you’ve ever booked a table at NAC in London, Dubai or Riyadh, you’ll know it’s far from a typical French bistro. The concept is all about relaxed sophistication, sharing plates, drinks, and an effortlessly chic atmosphere. Now, the FACT award-winning NAC restaurant has officially opened its doors in Jeddah.
The new restaurant is located at La Perla by Oud in Jeddah’s Ash Shanti district, bringing the brand’s familiar cantine character to a fresh coastal setting. Expect the same bright, airy feel NAC is known for, paired with warm textures and design details that make the space feel instantly inviting. Think rattan and wood seating, leather sofas for longer lunches, and plenty of marble finishes that keep the look sleek without feeling stiff.
On the menu, NAC sticks to all-day dining with a global-leaning edge. Whether you’re arriving early for breakfast, making a slow brunch of it, or dropping by for a casual catch-up that turns into a full meal, the selection is designed to be easy, varied and seriously moreish. There are egg dishes for the morning crowd, a lineup of salads for those who want something lighter, and plenty for those who like to order a little bit of everything.
For heartier cravings, the menu leans into crowd-pleasing comfort food. Highlights include the Ahi Tuna Poke and the Truffle Burger, alongside mains such as Free-range Grilled Cajun Chicken, Salmon Paillard, and Conchiglie Pasta. And if you’re saving room for dessert, you’ll want to. NAC’s sweet options are part of the reason it has such a loyal following, from Crushed Milk Chocolate Cookies with Frosties soft serve to French toast topped with raspberries and clotted cream, plus a classic Affogato to finish.
NAC, short for North Audley Cantine, takes its name from the original Mayfair location, which opened in London in 2013. Since then, the concept has built a strong following and expanded across the region, with outposts in Doha and Dubai, and has also won FACT awards in Riyadh and Abu Dhabi. With its Jeddah opening, it’s set to become another busy go-to for those who like their dining stylish, social and consistently satisfying.
