Arriving in 2027, Fairmont Ajdan Al Khobar will take pride of place along the bustling Ajdan Waterfront — a popular dining and lifestyle hub home to FACT award-winning restaurants such as Nozomi and Hellenika. The property will feature 160 rooms and serviced apartments, four F&B concepts, a spa, fitness centre, and ample meeting and event spaces, positioning it as a leisure and business hotspot on the Eastern Province’s coastline.
