Elements Artisanal Bakery

At the heart of Elements Artisanal Bakery is Sven Mostegl, the Consultant Baker at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, who trained the hotel’s bakers and conceptualised the offerings on the menu. His passion lies in using only the finest whole-wheat organic flour and grains, along with recipes that involve a long fermentation process, ensuring that the baked goods have low or even no natural and agricultural toxins.

Elements Artisanal Bakery joins Japan’s most beloved sushi restaurant, Teruzushi within the luxury food hall concept. The bakery is open daily from 12pm to 12.30am, so you can satisfy your cravings whenever they strike.
