If you’ve been craving pizza and pasta, then we have some tasty news. Vera Italia has opened in Sahara Mall, Riyadh. The concept has been created from a deep love for the country’s cuisine, and aims to take you on a journey through its flavours.
Vera Italia in Riyadh was founded by friends who shared a passion for Italian cuisine and the country’s culture and heritage. The venue boasts a clean, contemporary design with grey walls, wooden floors, and cream and green seats. Plus, posters of Italy are on the walls, which show old-school pizzerias and Vespas.
Vera Italia in Riyadh’s menu celebrates the joy of sharing food with family and friends. The menu features appetisers, soups, salads, pasta, pizza, and desserts. Appetisers include Arancini Al Tartufo, Bruschetta Rustica, and La Vera Parmigiana. Soups include Crema Funghi e Pollo, and Zuppa di Lenticchie. Salads include Bresaola, Burrata, and La Vera Caprese.
If you’ve come for the pizza and pasta, you will not be disappointed by the wide choice. Pizzas include a Diavola, Margherita, Parmiggiana, and Vegetariana. Pastas include Lasagna Della Casa, Ragu Della Nonna, Ravioli Al Tartufo, and Tagliatelle Shrimp.
The desserts pay homage to Italy, featuring both classic and creative concoctions. The La Nutellosa combines a pizza with Nutella and fruits. The Tiramisu Della Tradizione offers a traditional take on the dessert. The Tiramisu Il Saudita offers a twist on the sweet treat and infuses the Kingdom’s coffee into the dish.
Vera Italia in Riyadh is open from Saturday to Wednesday from noon to midnight, Thursday from noon to 1am, and Friday from 2pm to 1am.
