Zuma Riyadh is shining a spotlight on one of its most popular experiences.
Fresh from being crowned Restaurant of the Year at the most recent FACT Dining Awards Saudi Arabia, Zuma Riyadh is giving diners a new reason to book a table this season. The contemporary Japanese restaurant is bringing its celebrated weekend brunch to the capital, offering a superb sharing-style experience that has already proved hugely popular in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Set to run across the upcoming Eid weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm, the brunch will then continue as a regular Saturday fixture. In a city where weekend dining continues to evolve, Zuma’s Shūmatsu Menu arrives as a strong contender for those seeking a more refined daytime affair, whether for a family gathering, a festive get-together or a stylish catch-up with friends.
Served as a set menu for the whole table, the experience begins with an unlimited selection of starters that showcase the restaurant’s signature approach to bold yet balanced flavours. Expect favourites such as Shrimp Tempura with lime and chilli dip, Chilli Lemon Chicken Karaage and Prawn Maki with tenkasu, avocado and wasabi mentaiko sauce. Diners can also request a chef’s selection of Sashimi and Nigiri.
The main course then gives each diner the options of Marinated Lamb Chops with pickled baby onion and myoga, Salmon Teriyaki with pickled cucumber, Spicy Beef Tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy, and Barley Miso-marinated Baby Chicken roasted on cedar wood. Zuma’s famous Miso-marinated Black Cod wrapped in hoba leaf also makes an appearance, while vegetarian diners can opt for Yakisoba with seasonal vegetables or Spicy Fried Tofu with avocado and Japanese herbs.

Alongside the mains, a line-up of sides rounds out the meal, from steamed rice with sesame and seaweed to Japanese mushroom rice, sweetcorn with shiso ponzu butter and roasted whole potato with chilli ponzu butter and lime.
Dessert is where the brunch takes a more playful turn. Guests can head to Zuma’s dessert room for unlimited seasonal creations and signature sweets, closing the meal on a suitably indulgent note. Two signature non-alcoholic cocktails are also included, while younger diners are catered for with a dedicated children’s menu featuring Zuma favourites tailored to smaller appetites.
Already a staple in Zuma’s brunch line-up in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the concept now feels right at home in Riyadh. Given the brand’s recent FACT Dining Awards win, this is a timely reminder of why Zuma remains one of the Kingdom’s most in-demand tables.
The Zuma Riyadh brunch is available on Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm and is priced at SAR 295 per person.
