Trump International is preparing to plant its flag in one of Saudi Arabia’s most high-profile destinations. Set within Wadi Safar in Diriyah, the new multi-property development will bring a Trump-branded hotel, residences, a golf club, and a championship course to the desert valley on the outskirts of Riyadh.
Positioned as a nature-led luxury enclave, Wadi Safar is known for its rugged landscapes and sweeping views, and the Trump International project is designed to evoke a sense of space and seclusion. At the heart of the masterplan will be an 18-hole championship golf course, framed by low-slung architecture and outdoor living areas intended to feel private, immersive, and closely connected to the surrounding terrain.
Encircling the fairways, Trump International Wadi Safar will include a luxury Trump hotel alongside a collection of premium Trump residences, each oriented to overlook the course and the valley beyond. Expect resort-style amenities, expansive terraces, and a lifestyle offering that balances relaxation with polished, full-service hospitality.
The development is being led by Dar Al Arkan by Dar Global, in collaboration with the Trump Organisation, and marks the Trump brand’s first venture within the wider Diriyah project. Dar Global is also behind Rayana, Wadi Safar’s most exclusive residential enclave, which will feature the Trump Mansions. This limited collection of private homes is being positioned as a top-tier address within “Riyadh’s most exclusive valley,” surrounded by golf fairways, equestrian facilities, and wellness destinations.
While an official opening date has yet to be announced, Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, has been confirmed as the first of two Trump-branded projects planned for Riyadh. Developments to follow include the Trump International Golf Course, Trump International Hotel, and Trump Mansions. Timelines are still to be confirmed, but some elements are expected to be ready by 2029.
