The gastronomy experts behind the series will reveal this year’s selection at Address Sky View.
MICHELIN loves the UAE, and we love MICHELIN. The launch date for the fourth MICHELIN Guide Dubai has been confirmed for Thursday, 22 May 2025.
The MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2025 will be unveiled in true UAE-style at Address Sky View, capturing the city’s flair and elegance. The special event will feature gastronomic experiences while revealing the new additions in a city that is an epicurean kaleidoscope.
We already know that Dubai is a city packed with world-class restaurants, but we cannot wait to see which restaurants have received MICHELIN approval.

When MICHELIN Guide Dubai returned last year, 19 restaurants were awarded MICHELIN Stars. 15 received one MICHELIN Star, and four restaurants received two MICHELIN Stars. The restaurants awarded one MICHELIN Star include 11Woodfire, Al Muntaha, Armani/Ristorante, avatāra, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Hakkasan, Hōseki, La Dame de Pic, Moonrise, Orfali Bros, Ossiano, Smoked Room, Sagetsu by Tetsuya, Tasca by José Avillez, and Torno Subito. The restaurants awarded two MICHELIN Stars include Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Row on 45, Stay by Yannick Alléno, and Trèsind Studio.
As the guide evolves, it will be interesting to see which restaurants become recipients of new stars and which could perhaps lose stars. We expect to see a lot of movement in the Bib Gourmand Awards as many restaurants have opened up and wowed crowds in the past year.
The MICHELIN Guide has been published since 1933 and is seen as the Oscars of the food industry. The guide already covers 36 destinations across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America.
Currently, only 138 restaurants in the world have three MICHELIN Stars, and the countries with the most MICHELIN-starred restaurants are France and Japan.
MICHELIN, our stomachs are rumbling.
